Self-Training should proceed along many tracks. At least one of them is self-learning of English language skills which you can do by simply registering in one or more of the language courses online through email, or through experience-sharing with your colleagues. The second track is self-learning of language teaching methods ( your knowledge base) through registering in one or more of the Free online courses and through the in-service courses run by your supervisor.
